Kababish Indian restaurants in Birmingham strongly believe in giving back to the community and have raised in excess of £35,000 for local charities since 2007 through various charity events.
We have entered a team every year since 2007 in the Great Midlands Fun Run where monies were raised by both the runners, corporate sponsorship from local businesses and the generosity of the customers donating through the Kababish Restaurants.
In 2008 to mark over 2 decades of trading at the two unrivalled venues Kababish went back to the 80’s by charging customers 1980’s prices for their meals for a whole month! The charity fund grew substantially thanks to the generosity of the customers who chose to donate the savings from their 1980’s meal.
Supporting the local community is one of our priorities and of course there is one thing all these local charities need to put their ideas into action — cash! Not for themselves but for equipment, hiring venues or paying bills to allow them to make a local difference in their neighbourhoods.
